Description
The Wyandotte Kiwanis Club was organized in 1923. We are the city’s oldest non-profit civic organization. Our organization focuses on projects addressing the needs of children, and the involvement for other charitable projects such as: Salvation Army Bell ringing, Meals on Wheels and Reading is Fundamental. Membership in our Kiwanis Club affords you the opportunity to work with others for the benefit of your community and the world. Likewise, the benefits to you as a club member are many: Friendships, civic contacts, informative and entertaining gatherings, and developments of personal leadership skills, opportunities for international understanding and fellowship, and a sense of accomplishment.
Hours of work
Meetings: Tuesdays at 12:00 noon at Polonus Restaurant, 1744 Biddle Avenue, Wyandotte, Michigan except for the 1st Tuesday of each month when we meet at 6:15 PM.
